Paul Bauder GmbH & Co. KG will be completing its new office and employee building in Weilimdorf in 2018. Teaming up with Colt, CONVEND is in charge of planning and implementing within the framework of the concept design and development of the new building.
Working with Paul Bauder GmbH & Co. KG’s IT department, CONVEND has already planned and implemented the Europe-wide layer 2 Ethernet VPN branch networking. To ensure high failure safety, the branch networking backup system was installed separately via VPN MPLS. The head office in Weilimdorf is redundantly connected to Colt’s fibre optics network. This is also where the redundant Internet access is distributed to the two data centres at the head office.
